Hi-5

Just crazy about the hot Hi-5 guys Stevie and Tim. They would totally beat the guys from The Shak - Nitro and Curio in a fight. Nitro is too slow and beefy, Curio is too wimpy. They are ridiculous stereotyped characters - jock and nerd. Stevie and Tim are both athletic and work well together as a tag team. They are both smart AND fit and show you can be BOTH at the same time. They would run rings around The Shak guys. They'd have big Nitro already tied up while tiny Curio googled research for karate move instructions. And if Tim and Stevie had to face off. I'd back Stevie for sure! AND The Hi-5 guys get to go on for lots more series at Channel Nine .... but The Shak guys are dumped out of the ring with their show cancelled.

Just went to Hi Five Concert in Adelaide with my 2 year old who goes crazy for Hi five.She was use to the old cast especially Nathan but loves the new ones too and she adores Stevie and loves singing along and dancing..I must say I enjoyed the new line up as well. Out of 1o i rate it 7.5 but the old cast i would have to say 9.

I like the energy and rapport between the five cast members. They are young and authentic being themselves. They are more of a team than the old cast where charli was like the diva-queen. I like the two guys - Stevie and Tim a lot. These two aren't as ridiculous-over-the-top as Nathan was, which could grate a bit on you. They are trained actors and work more naturally, but are still very funny and a bit goofy. And let's not forget that old Tim was a terrible terrible dancer etc. And I don't mean any disrespect to the old cast at all because they were great for our kids for all those years. We saw the Hi-5 Surprise show at the Arts Centre in Melbourne in the first week of January 2010, and our little gang just loved it all. We were all up dancing - and that includes ME - to the Happy Monster Dance. Go to their live show and you will see what I mean. Hi-5 rocks!

Just wanted to say the Original team were so much better the the new ones. Nathan really got into it and you could tell they all really enjoyed what they were doing. The new guys have made the programme really dull, it's like watching a modern version of play school.

Your show rocks. when I was little I went there. I had a fight with a little girl. I was on my chair then I got off and she wouldent let me back on.

I met the gang in person on Australia Day. I'm 24 years old and they are nicest people. They rock on.

Where can i find the old hi5 lyrics?? the page was deleted =( when i am studying biology.. i always link it back to some of the songs!! its easier to understand the concepts!!

I like the old hi 5 members, but i also like the current hi 5. I can say their equal. They're good at dancing and singing and acting. Casey has very beautiful eyes. Keep up the good work!!

I'm a professional musician and a singing teacher. I have to say that I was a little hesitant about the new line up when I saw the first of their TV episodes. I could see that it wasn't quite as polished as the original line up. BUT, that takes time..... I took my children to the Hi 5 surprise concert on Monday 25th Jan, 2010 and was very pleasantly surprised. They were professional, polished and each member sang wonderfully. They were very engaging and even the adults all seemed to enjoy themselves. WELL DONE. My Children are now firm fans of the new line up and look forward to seeing new episodes on Nine. Linda

I have polled our friends, and we all agree, the new Hi5 team can not sing, dance or act as well as the original group. What were they thinking when they took on Lauren and Fely (can not carry a note). My daughter (2 yrs) loved the originals and would dance and laugh whenever we put one of their DVD's on - not now. We just play the old group now
