Passionately temperamental, Jason Akermanis left the show with an explosive boom after Mr Bouris called him "a bit of a maverick" - a term Aker doesn't like.
"It's a bad word. I'm a team player, I'm consistent, I've done it the whole way through. You made a bad decision," Aker said at the boardroom table. This fury continues well after leaving the office.
"I don't mind getting beaten if it's from a better opponent," says Aker. "But I hate getting beaten when the person and the persons I'm being beaten by are inferior and cannot for the life of me do the same job."
But it wasn't all bad. Aker believes the real winners are the charities and he’s happy that he raised funds for his charity - Vicdeaf.
"There's a lot of winners here. It's for charity. It's a great thing. I've helped my charity for 10 years and I'm proud of that and I can leave knowing I can do no more."
