Gav You come across as a good operator but far too brash and arrogant. If people can't relate to you or think you're too obnoxious you will never get the chance to impress them with your intellect!

Gavin. You are a good communicator but sometimes your delivery comes accross as condecending. You are dynamic, with energy and enthusiasm, yet it sometimes appears as brash instead of charming. Be careful to listen too. I am sure you would striving for the best. In my experience having lived in Brisbane, I found it so difficult to communicate with the business people and 'trades men'.. Aiming for communication with mutual understanding, was a challenge! Gavin, may I respectfully suggest that you need a slimmer tie? It is too bulky and distracting. Clients and colleagues will want to be alert to your pitch, don't let the tie be a hitch.

Good luck mate with the Final! You've got a strong fan base here in Jersey, we've all got our fingers crossed for you!!!! We met briefly at Ross's wedding and as soon as we heard you were in the series, Si (Tash's bro) me, and many others have been following the show religiously through youtube week upon week!
