Do you worry your kids think vegetables come from a freezer bag? If so, it's about time you got them out into the garden and teach them how to grow their own fruit, vegetables and herbs. Fabian Capomolla & Matt Pember joined Kerri-Anne to show us how to put a veggie & herb patch together.

DIY Veggie & Herb Patch

  • Fill to 20-30cm depth

  • Use good quality compost or soil

  • Ensure plentiful water supply

  • 6 hours of sunlight daily

  • Allow space to grow

  • Combine fruit, vegetables & herbs

  • Grow things you will eat
