The Nokia ‘beautifully simple’ art challenge gave Deni the chance to step up after she insisted this was her time to shine! As Julia pointed out “Deni was very passionate about being project manager… before we were even cast for the show!”

One thing Deni wasn’t passionate about was her fellow teammates’ lack of creativity and didn’t offer much help when Lisa approached her for direction. “It’s a painting thing people, just use your brains and paint!” she seethed.

Every good project manager needs determination and confidence surely?! However our diva seemed to forget her duties when she was too busy schmoozing at the auction!

Team Ignite did however manage to raise $47,400 for Deni’s charity after she pulled out all the stops with an appearance from trumpet ace James Morrison.

Deni seemed to have predicted a boardroom backlash, and as soon as she sat down announced: “My job as project manager is not to make friends, it’s to get the job done,”

There is no ‘I’ in team, (but there is one in Deni!)

Team Unity celebrated and a worried Deni was left with Mr. Bouris to find out what went wrong… somewhere Polly must be thinking revenge is a sweet, sweet thing!

Who do you think will be FIRED! from the art challenge?
