You can now upload your video and send it to us using the Windows Live Hotmail SkyDrive feature. SkyDrive allows you to upload your video and we can access it quickly and easily using a link.

Due to technical issues, entries submitted between Monday, August 22, and Tuesday, August 30, 2011 may not have been received. If you have sent a video to us during this period, please resubmit. Thank you.

Please take the time to read the following video requirements and then view the instructional video on how to upload and email your video. For tips and ideas about how to compose your entry please check out our video tips page. If you get stuck you can also try our FAQ.

1.First check that your file is ready to be uploaded.
2.SkyDrive only allows files of up to 100MB in size. If you have multiple entries you may need to send them as separate files to keep them under 100MB.
3.We need to make sure you have some footage before and after the "funny" part of your clip if possible. You may need to edit the video to include these "handles" in order to keep the file under 100MB. If no editing software came with your camera, or you don't have any of your own, you can use Windows Live Movie Maker for free at Windows Live.
4.We will strive to accommodate as many different file formats as we can. The best possible format is AVI format and saved in full resolution (720 by 576 at 25 frames per second) for broadcasting purposes. Please ensure your computer editing program's project settings are PAL (625/50) upper field first and not NTSC (525/60).
5.Now you need to name your file. This is important for us to be able to link your file to the details you give us. Please name the files in the following way: firstname_lastname_suburb. If you have multiple files and intend to send them all, add numbers to the end of the filename: firstname_lastname_suburb_1. Keeping your files together in a folder will help you find them when you reach the upload step.
6.Your files should now be ready to upload to SkyDrive but we need your contact details so we can let you know if your entry is successful. Please complete the following form in full and confirm you have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the competition.
